Dead Pet Registry - Catherine - 11-25-2014 At first glance the idea seems odd, maybe even creepy. Then I think of the times I have found a dead pet and have no way of contacting the owners. Animal Services will pick up the body, but they have no way either of knowing whose pet it is. http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2014/11/24/fearing_the_worst_about_your_missing_pet_check_the_dead_pets_registry.html Keeping track of the dead gives pet owners a chance to find out what happened. Sad as it is, it is better to know than to always wonder. Also as long as the pet doesn`t appear on the registry, then the pet could still be alive and might be found. |
