Gary would be a challenge to live with. You could never put anything down for fear that Gary would eat it. Good thing they operated when they did.

You never know what a cat is going to do. This is one of the oddest things I have ever heard.

No I have never heard of a cat eating shoe laces and hair bands. That's a dog-type misdemeanour!

Thank goodness he had that surgery. He must have been a mess inside.

You would have to put everything away all the time. With Gary as your cat you would be very neat and tidy since Gary would eat anything left out.
It might not be fun, but it would be tidy.
