Dozens of marine animals wash ashore dead. - Catherine - 10-19-2015
This is very sad and very disturbing. The animals washed ashore off of western Mexico. They range from sea turtles to dolphins and sea lions. They have no idea what caused the deaths. Tests are being done and I hope there is a clear reason, but we may never know.

There are so many dangers in the ocean now I guess we shouldn't be surprized. The ocean is full of garbage and toxins. There are fishing nets and ship encounters.(It isn't fish nets this time)
We need to take ocean health as seriously as we need to take climate change issues. This kind of a die off may be a bit of a warning sign.

This is very sad, there are obviously toxins in the Ocean, it's a wake up call to all of us.

The bodies looked pretty bad so I hate to think what they encountered. There is so much toxic oil and dumped chemicals. It is amazing anything survives.
Much of the world's oxygen comes from the ocean. If the animals are dying, then what about the algae that supply our oxygen.
