They have done a study that shows what we animal lovers have always known. Sleeping with our pets is good for us.
People relax better and feel more secure to have a pet near by. That leads to a better nights sleep. Our pets sleep better too.

I miss having my bearded dragon to sleep on the bed. It felt good knowing she was there. I have the doves near by and I find their little night sounds are comforting. I miss having a pet on the bed though.

This doesn't surprise me, it is comforting to have our pets join us in bed, having them near by is the next best thing.

This is something we have known for years. What took them so long to figure it out.
