Orphaned bear cubs - Catherine - 05-24-2016
It is the season for baby bear cubs and that means the odd orphan. So far Fredericton has two orphaned cubs. They must have been so frightened to be lost from their mothers. Bears are such good mothers that you have to fear the worst for them.
At least their cubs are getting good care.

I didn't realize that it can take 18 months to release a bear cub. That is real dedication.
