Hisses to the man who abandoned the dog along the road. Big purrs for the people who witnessed the incident and who are trying to find the dog.

Can you believe someone would be so callous and uncaring enough to abandon a dog like that.
That is really cold hearted.
How wonderful that people care enough to look for the dog to rescue him. I hope they find him soon. He must be so confused and frightened. I hope he is found and gets adopted into the best home ever. Because this is in the news the man who abandoned the dog will know that he is found and adopted. He can worry that someone might know who he is and connect him to the dog and let people know. He can at least be charged with something if they can prove it is him.
That would be justice.
