Visitors to Fuzhou Zoo in China threw rocks at a sleeping kangaroo to get it to hop around. They ended up killing it.

What is the matter with people? How can they stand there and throw rocks at an animal in an enclosure.
Why were there rocks lying around where people could pick them up?
Most of the bars at the zoo, any zoo, are there to protect the animals from the people.
Maybe zoos should let the animals roam and cage the visitors.
