Baby raccoons left in a bag in a parking lot - Catherine - 06-23-2018
Police were called to a shopping centre parking lot because of an abandoned bag. It wasn't the bomb threat they thought it might be, it was a bag of baby raccoons. Sadly two were dead already and the third was in serious condition.
I hate to think of what happened to the mother.

I really hope they catch whoever did this. It was cruel and frightening for the little raccoons. It would have been a terrible way to die, trapped in a bag in the heat. They were obviously taken from their mother. It is illegal to interfere with animals like that and certainly animal cruelty is illegal.
Someone must know who did this. I hope they do the right thing and turn them in.
