Interesting article about crows - Catherine - 11-25-2018 I was actually looking for something else when I can across this article about crows. They have been studying the family structure of crows and reasons why some crows go off on their own and why some stay in family groups. https://blog.nature.org/science/2016/05/02/surprising-lookcrow-family-life-cooperative-behavior-birds-corvids/ The more I learn about them the more I respect crows. They are amazingly complex birds and they are clearly very fine people. I am always thrilled when a flock of crows is in the neighbourhood. Now I am going to be watching them to see if I can spot family relationships. RE: Interesting article about crows - Tobi - 12-02-2018 Oh thank you for posting this! It is so interesting. I have Crow news too which I shall post elsewhere. They are indeed amazing people ![]() RE: Interesting article about crows - Catherine - 12-02-2018 I knew you would find the article interesting. I had no idea crows were so complex. When I see a group of crows together now, I wonder if they are all one family. It is possible. |
