3 children and 245 animals rescued from terrible conditions. - Catherine - 10-23-2019 Police performing a wellness check found 245 various pets and 3 children living with 3 adults. None of them were well cared for. They lacked basic cleanliness and proper food and water. All have been removed from the home. The children are with relatives. The animals are at a local shelter which is asking for donations to help care for the animals. The conditions in the home didn't happen over night. They didn't bring home 245 animals all at once. It must have built up and gotten more and more chaotic. I wonder why at some point they didn't look around and say, let's clean up. I wonder that no family or friends said anything or offered to help the situation. One person alone could end up being overwhelmed, but in this case there were three adults. How did they end up like this?
