Trumpeter Swan Courtship - Catherine - 03-23-2021
Sometimes you are in the right place at the right time to see things. A woman in Toronto was out walking along the lake and she witnessed Trumpeter Swans courting. She even got a video.

We now have enough swans in Ontario that people are starting to see them. The Trumpeter Swans really are a conservation success story. They were extinct here and now they are back. The project to release swans and help they survive here has been very successful. I think this would be a good time to take a walk along the lake.
