One family's choice of pet is a little different. They wanted a pet pig and he is a happy addition to the family.

Not every city allows a pet pig, but it sounds like they are a great pet. Taz is too cute.

I've heard of people having pigs as pets. I just don't know anyone personally. I hear they are very intelligent animals

I understand they are as smart as a dog, a smart dog that is. They are naturally clean and would easily be trained about food and litter and things like that. You would need a small type of pig(or a very large house), but it would be no bigger that a good sized dog. I think it would be really interesting. The people who have pigs really love them.
