Therapy dog saves drowning fawn - Catherine - 06-17-2021

Harley, the goldendoodle is a trained therapy dog. When he spotted a drowning fawn in the lake he carefully helped the fawn back to shore and stayed with it until the mother came back. Mother and fawn were reunited. They left the area. Another day, the mother and fawn came back and Harley visited the fawn he saved. They were happy to see each other.

I think Harley needed to see that the fawn was okay when he came back for a visit. He clearly has a very caring nature.  He is a goldendoodle so he can't help caring. That is why he is a therapy dog. With his training he knows how to be responsible. It was very fortunate for the fawn that Harley was around that day.
He wanted to help and he knew what to do.
