This lovely little piglet was on her way to slaughter, but escaped somehow (how wasn't explained)...and ended up in the Rescue Shelter "Animal Place."
Now here she is playing in fresh straw, and obviously enjoying every minute:

What a happy little pig. He must be so much fun to have around. I don't know how he was rescued, but I am glad he was.

I hope he does not know the danger he was in, but I think on some level he must have known. How else could he have been rescued.
