Guinea Pig Romeo fathers hundreds - Catherine - 07-17-2014
It seems a certain male guinea pig at a petting zoo has had quite a time. Now he is about to become the father of hundreds of babies.

He is pretty remarkable. Also he is very clever. He managed to avoid detection for some time. Clearly the girls liked him. They didn't let on either.
They may need to find a way to separate the males and females better in the future.

That would be a court case I would love to sit in on.
He just looks like an ordinary guinea pig. He is just average sized, no special colour or anything. No wonder they did not notice him in with the girls. He must have been very careful to blend in whenever there were people around. He is smart enough for that. You have to love a guinea pig like that.
I would love to hear how many babies are actually born.
