A woman heard her dog cry from the neighbours house. She found the man in the process of cooking her dog.
It is horrible. The police found parts of other animals, both cats and dogs. The man has been arrested and is being charged with the mistreatment of animals.

I can't imagine how the woman feels right now. Seeing your pet being cooked is too horrible to think about.
This is one of the freakiest things I have ever read about. I hope they can make the charges stick so she never has to live next door to the man again.
