Leroy the dog has waited 7 years at the shelter for a forever home - Catherine - 10-05-2022
Leroy came to Dog Tales Rescue and Sanctuary from a crowded Miami shelter in 2015.
He has waited since then for someone to take him home. He is an old dog with some behavior issues, but he deserves a chance.

Sadly, there are younger, friendlier dogs that get adopted before Leroy. He is not cuddly or affectionate. He is a nice, but ordinary looking dog.
Out there, there must be a home that wants to give an old dog a chance. No dog should spend his life, growing old in a shelter.
I bet he would blossom if he had his own home. Let us hope the angel family that Leroy needs comes forward soon. He shouldn't spend another Christmas at a shelter. Even the best shelter is still not a forever home.
