You have to see the pictures to understand. The artist creates pictures of animals be hanging just the right clothes on the clothesline.
The results are very good and in some ways funny.

Hanging laundry will never be the same again. I will always wonder why my clothes don't make delightful animal pictures.

Welcome to the forum. Those are cute pictures of animals in clothing. The clothesline animals are clothing that when hung right, looks like an animal.
It is a little different. It is winter now so we do need to think about clothes for short haired dogs. When it is cold, I think they like getting dressed.
