Hunters and outfitters fined for illegal bear hunting - Catherine - 03-31-2023 Royal Elk Outfitting and South Park Outfitters of Manitoba have violated the Wildlife Act and committed other offenses. They have lost their licenses and been fined. I hope they plan to monitor this area more closely in future. The bears deserve better protection.
