Mystery animal in Texas - Catherine - 04-11-2023 Someone has pictures of a mystery animal seen in Texas. It was seen by night and it is not a very clear picture. So far no one is sure what it is. https://globalnews.ca/news/9613162/mystery-animal-photo-camera-texas-park-rio-grande/ I have no idea what that is. It is not a wild pig or a capybara. It doesn't look cat like and it really doesn't look like a dog. Beaver are a much darker colour. I wonder if they can find foot prints. That should give us some clue. I hope we eventually find out. RE: Mystery animal in Texas - Tobi - 04-22-2023 That could be a Capybara possibly. If it were a dog it would be an extremely fat one! Its head does look a bit dog-like, but I don't think it is a dog. It doesn't look a bit cat-like. I am not sure what it is. I wonder if it could be a type of Badger? RE: Mystery animal in Texas - Catherine - 04-22-2023 It might be a badger. Capybara are like guinea pigs, they don't have long necks. I think I would want to set up a better camera or maybe spend some nights looking for the animal. |
