Retirement cat village - Catherine - 04-13-2023

A cat rescue group in the UK that rehomes cats, also has a retirement village for older rescues. It is a set of cottages for the cats to live. There is a larger communal cottage for cats to gather if they wish. Volunteers care for them every day. They have everything they need, in a quiet place. For an older cat it is a place to live out their lives in peace.

It is peaceful and the cottages are charming. The care they are given is excellent. Don't you wish you were a cat.

I love the idea of a retirement space for cats. Some of the old ones would find it hard to adjust to a new family. A nice space with comfy couches is exactly what they need in their golden years.
