Gathering of people who identify as dogs - Catherine - 09-22-2023 Yes, you read that right. A thousand people gathered in Berlin. These people identify as dogs. They don't dress up as dogs. I can see why someone might want to identify as a dog. Dogs are pretty special. I am not sure how this could work. I guess it is harmless. I still don't see how this would work.
