Polar bears at Calgary Zoo enjoy -38C weather - Catherine - 01-12-2024
Calgary is having a cold spell. At -38C, some animals are not going outside. Even the keepers are dressing warmer.
The polar bears are happy. They have a 2 acre enclosure and a pool. They don't mind the cold.

The bears probably feel right at home. They were born for this.
Humans not so much. I have experienced those temperatures and I will happily leave that weather to the bears.
