British MP calls for more wild animal culls - Catherine - 03-06-2024
The controversial badger cull has killed over 200,000 badgers. It is questionable whether it has helped reduce bovine TB.
Vaccination of Badgers would make more sense.
Instead of reducing the cull, conservative MP Richard Drax wants to expand the cull to kill other wild animal species like deer and foxes.

Clearly Richard Drax has never heard of rewilding. The movement is to return places to the wild and bring back more animals.
Deliberately killing wildlife to control nature is going against every conservation action taking place.
I doubt Drax is in favor of conservation. The man is dangerous to the environment. If he had his way he would set conservation back by many years.
I hope no one seriously listens to him.

This man is well known for his reactionary views. But he won't survive the coming general election in the UK (due this year)!
