Toronto Zoo has a new cougar - Catherine - 05-12-2024
Toronto Zoo has just brought in a cougar from a facility in BC. He is a young male, a little on the small size, but very fine looking.
He is settling into his new home very well.

Cougars used to be native to this area so he will settle in very well.
I hope he encourages people to take conservation seriously. There should still be wild cougars in Ontario, but it is unlikely any remain.
I can't wait to go and see him.
