Update on orphaned Orca - Catherine - 05-23-2024
The drama continues. They are not sure where the young Orca is right now, but her extended family has been spotted in the area off of Vancouver Island.
The hope is that she will find them and be reunited.

Orcas are a social animal so it is important that she find her family or connect with another pod and be taken in by them. We just have to watch and hope that things work out. Rescuing her from the lagoon was just a start.
