Rescuing animals from Hurricane Helene - Catherine - 10-05-2024
Hurricane Helene was a devastating storm. Now that it is over there is a lot to be down to restore things. One important thing is rescuing animals and removing them from danger. A lot of people are working to save animals from danger.
Pilots are helping to bring in supplies and bring out animals.

People are amazing. When they are needed they are there.
The shelter staff in the storm area are incredible. They are doing everything they can to help animals. The people receiving the animals are wonderful.

It will take a long time to sort things out, but people are there doing what they can. Animals that have been displaced will find homes in their new locations.
The damaged shelters in the hurricane area will eventually be repaired. It is tough times right now, but it takes more that an hurricane to stop animal lovers from caring for animals.
