Morocco has a serious stray dog problem. Something does need to be done.
The government is supposed to be running a Trap, Neuter, Release program.
What is really happening is a dog cull. Dogs are being shot in the streets or rounded up and killed.

This kind of thing seems to happen before major world sporting events.
We need to look at events like the World Cup and find ways to prevent animal slaughter.
Host countries should have to commit to humane treatment of animals before they are named as an official location.
