Some of us have multiple pets so it is possible that our guinea pig could get into the dog food. Or we might just use dog food because we ran out of guinea pig pellets. Don't do it. Dogs are carnivores and have specific nutritional needs. Guinea pigs are rodents and herbivores and have very different nutritional needs.
In particular, guinea pigs can't produce vitamin C and require a steady amount in their diet. If they don't get it they will develop scurvy and die. Dog food has way too much calcium for a guinea pig and they can produce stones that will block the bladder. Dog food will destroy a guinea pigs health.

With pets it is best to stick to their own type of food. If a guinea pig eats a piece or two of kibble it will be fine, but a steady intake of dog food will make them very sick and probably kill them. Foods are prepared with the animals health needs in mind. It is best to feed the right food and have a healthy pet.
Your dog doesn't want to share his food anyhow.
