Cats really do love to travel, in moving vans, trucks and trailers.
A Vancouver Island family noticed one of their cats was missing. He hadn't been seen in days. They posted about it on social media.
The neighbour's daughter had just left for Calgary, with Chonker in her U-Haul. When she unpacked, there was Chonker looking at her.
She recognized him and was able to contact his owners. Fortunately her grandmother was returning to Vancouver Island the next day so Chonker was able to fly with her.

Now that Chonker is home he is spending more time with his people. He is so glad to be home. He is on the bed every night and he has not left the house.
It is lucky the person he hitched a ride with recognized him. He could have ended up lost in Calgary with no way to get home.
