Winnipeg keeps bird friendly Bylaws

Winnipeg created bird friendly Bylaws that required widows to be safe for birds. The Bylaws were only a year old and developers wanted them changed. City Council was going to do it. A flock of angry bird lovers fought back. Over 700 people objected to the change. So bird protections will remain in place.

Never underestimate the power of people who care for a cause. Animal lovers are a strong group when they act together.
