Stubborn Beaver refuses to get off the road

Beaver can be stubborn. The police were brought in because to Beaver was on the road. The Beaver still would not go.
It some creative efforts to actually get the Beaver to move.

How do you argue with a Beaver. They go where they please and that is it. I love when the cop tries meowing at the Beaver.
He is no scared of a cat, or anything else.
