Why is the dog walking so slow

A woman out walking her dog noticed that her dog was walking slowly. Then she realized why. The poor dog was wearing a raincoat and the hood had slipped and was covering his eyes.

The dog really trusts her. He may have been walking slower, but he kept on walking even though he couldn't see.
I was going to say I wouldn't trust anyone that much. But I would trust a seeing eye dog. She was his seeing eye person, until she moved his hood and her could see again.
