Kitten in a wheelchair gets adopted

[Catherine]

A little kitten called Gelato can now get around because the shelter staff made him a wheelchair using rulers and toy cars.
Then he got adopted. He is in the perfect home. There are two other cats who have injuries. His new owner saw him in his tiny wheelchair and fell in love.
It is hoped that he might regain use of his back legs, but if not, he can get around with his wheels.

There is something special about a handicapped pet. They need us so much more and any improvement is a special victory.
Gelato will do well whether he walks or not and I am sure he will bring joy to the other two cats.
