Fake service dogs make it hard for people with real service dogs.

Service dogs got through rigorous training be for they are passed and get to wear the service dog vest.
Right now in public there are a lot of dogs in "service dog" vests who clearly didn't pass training and are wearing fake vests.
Because they behave so badly, they give real service dogs a bad name. Real service dogs are less welcome because of the behavior of the imposters.

It took years of hard work to win rights for service dogs. These imposters threaten those rights. The rights could easily be lost. 
It would be sad if someone with a real service dog and real needs was forced to stay home and limit their activities because they can't take their much needed dog with them.
