Farewell to Ghost the Octopus

Ghost is a Giant Pacific Octopus. She lives at the Aquarium of the Pacific.
She is from the waters of BC. She is probably 2-4 years old. She has entered the end stage of her life where she has produced eggs and now is focused on hatching them. Sadly the eggs are not fertile, so they will not hatch.

Ghost is much loved by staff and visitors and people are heartbroken. All  they can do now is keep her comfortable until she finishes this last stage of life.
She has delighted so many people and she will be missed by all.
