Zoos in Gaza

We sometimes forget about animals trapped in human conflicts. Wherever humans are in trouble, the animals in the area are in trouble too.
A zoo in Gaza has desperately tied to look after is animals. They have had to be moved. Food is hard to get. The animals are traumatized.

This is so sad. The animals did not ask to be where they are. The conflicts have nothing to do with them.
They suffer and they die. The humans caring for them are trying, but they lack the resources to do more.
I don't know if there is anywhere they can go to be safe.
