I thought I would put up a link for the rescue that I volunteer at.
The rescue is privately run from the owners own resources, plus any donations she gets, and is run from her own home.
My husband and I go every week to help with cage cleaning and of course get cuddle lots of lovely piggies.
Please feel free to have a look at the web site. And if any of you can offer a home to some of these lovelies then do get in touch with Suzy who runs it. Distance is usually not too much of a problem (within the UK!!) as Piggy trains can usually be organised if needed.
