The efforts of the Humane Society of the United States and a 122,000 signature petition have put an end to the cruel fungicide tests on 36 Beagles. Efforts will now be made to find homes for the dogs.

Ending this cruelty and rescuing these dogs is a big victory.
Never doubt that what we do when we protest things does have an effect. It is not often that things happen so quickly, but in this case time was running out for the dogs. Things had to move quickly.
