Yes, organizing the rescue places should help shelter animals some what. Suzy's time was up at the kennel when the Animal Protective League stepped in and took her. Then I took her about a week later. I was looking for a gentle, calm dog and Suzy is just that. Maybe they can come up with a computerized system to help the dogs, cats and other animals they get.
