I ended up watching a dozen rescue videos.  They all have happy ending. I am always amazed at the way dogs  never give up on life. They never give up on people and they seem to be able to recover from anything. 

Billy turned out to be a very handsome looking dog. You can see he is deeply bonded with his people. Heart
I love a happy ending.
