That's a very moving video.
It mustn't be easy to foster a dog save him and love him and then have to say goodbye. But it's a lesson that love goes on and is never forgotten. Bless her for helping him so much during those early weeks. Without her he surely wouldn't have survived.
It is so good to see Billy happy and healthy now and in a loving home.
