Land of the strays-900 dogs live there!!

Oh what a wonderful place for these dogs! It looks very decent for them, and they look happy and healthy. My heart goes out to the people who dreamed this up. It must cost so much to feed 900 dogs though....do they take donations?
This is a lovely environment for potential adopters to visit, and make friends with a particular dog or dogs.
