Glynneath Guinea Pig Rescue.
#3
It's a two way street, Catherine. We are fortunate to be able to give our time to the rescue, but the flip side is that Suzy can do things for us like Annie's teeth trims. She has saved us a fortune in vet's fee for something that is on going for the foreseeable future.
Also my desire to have more piggies is ameliorated by all the piggy cuddles I get every week whilst cleaning out the cages.
We now have five and to be honest, that is quite enough. If they all needed expensive vet treatment in quick succession we would be a bit stumped so any more would not be feasible, but we get all the piggy contact we could wish for and have the joy of seeing them off to new forever homes.
Greeting from Wales.
Hwyl Fawr o'r Cymru.
This is the web site of the rescue I volunteer at.
