I am very glad to hear this. It is for the benefit of the people as well as the animals. There was so much heartbreak at Katrina, and animal welfare facilities were over worked and under so much strain. It was a nightmare scenario.
People love their animals and no one wants to see what happened at Katrina ever happen again.
