I didn't know that such horrendous devices existed until I read this thread! Then I did some research and found out that:
1. These appalling bombs are apparently only used in the USA and Australia, but have existed since the 1930s (coyote getter) - i.e. appalling suffering has been happening for nearly 100 years in these countries.
