The Tasmanian Tiger was hunted until it was seen no more. It was declared extinct 40 years ago.
Reports of sightings have persisted. Many people are now searching. Some are quite dedicated.
They believe the Tasmanian Tiger is still alive and they want to prove it.

Is the Tasmanian Tiger still alive? To have survived it would have to be very secretive and avoid humans. 
Being secretive and avoiding humans would make it hard to see. There are a lot of unconfirmed sightings.
Animals that were declared extinct have been found later to be alive.

Is the Tasmanian Tiger still alive? I think so. It doesn't need our proof to still be out there.
