Cute things we learned about animals in 2024

Scientists are always watching animals to learn things about them. This year they learned some cute things.

Some birds sing in their sleep. How cute is that. Maybe my canary isn't awake when I hear him at night.

Beluga whales use their "melon", the fat tissue on their forehead to communicate with each other. How they shape the melon sends a message.
Does that give a new meaning to the word facebook.

Frogs are having a problem with a deadly fungus. Setting up "frog Saunas", black bricks with holes that warm up, has really helped frogs recover. 
The frogs use the saunas and they look so cute.

You get the picture. Animals are adorable. If you need some cuteness in your day, just watch animals for a while. Someone will do something cute.
