Wildlife detection dogs find Earless Dragons in Australia
#1
The Earless Dragons were thought to be extinct. Now Daisy and Kip, the wildlife detection dogs have sniffed out 13 of them.
It is amazing what the dogs are able to do and it is amazing that the earless dragons are not extinct!!!

I know when we haven't seen a species in a while we start to think it is extinct. Sometimes it is close to extinct. There could still be some of the species out there somewhere. Having wildlife detection dogs is a real help. Now that they have found Earless Dragons, they can help them to survive.

They are so cute and I love the way they live in holes in the ground. I really hope the species can survive. If the dogs can help, good for them.
