Nurse gives CPR to drunk baby raccoon.

Is that the weirdest headline you have ever read? It did happen. Baby raccoons got into a dumpster near a distillery. They started eating fermented peaches and got drunk. It started to rain and they couldn't get out of the dumpster. They were in serious danger. A nurse was nearby and got one baby out safely and it ran to its mother. The other baby raccoon was under water and not breathing when she pulled him out of the dumpster. She is a nurse. She started CPR.
The baby raccoon survived. The wildlife officials were called and the young raccoon was taken to a vet. He spent the night sobering up and the next day was able to return to his family.
The distillery has asked for a dumpster with a lid so it can't happen again.

That was some pretty quick thinking, to get the raccoons out and do CPR on one of them.
When you have enough CPR training you just do it, even if it is a raccoon.
That was one lucky raccoon. Not everybody would have been able to save him.
This is the oddest story I have read this week and it has a happy ending.
